Tina Michelle Fontaine, 15, was a young and carefree girl from the Sagkeeng First Nation in Manitoba. She went missing in late July 2014 and her body was found wrapped in a bag in Winnipeg’s Red River on Aug. 17, 2014. On Dec. 11, 2015, the Winnipeg Police Service announced that Raymond Joseph Cormier, 53, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Fontaine.
