"ROCELYN GABRIEL"
12X12X1.5 INCHES | 1/4" MODERN BIRCH FRAME

Rocelyn Gabriel, 20, was found near death on Jan. 26, 2014, at a recycling depot in Portage la Prairie. Man. She later died in hospital. A medical examiner’s report states that she died of hypothermia. Portage la Prairie RCMP eventually ruled out foul play but say the case is still open. Gabriel’s family believes someone had driven her to the depot and left her there.
